Function

• You further develop the BIM operations and embed them in standards, workflows, and projects.
• You explore and implement AI applications and digital tools with demonstrable added value.
• You translate digital strategy into clear action plans with a focus on feasibility and impact.
• You support colleagues in the adoption of new tools and working methods.
• You monitor digital and technological developments in the construction and engineering world.
• You collaborate with project managers, IT, and management to embed digitalisation structurally.

Profile

• You have an engineering background or an equivalent technical qualification.
• You have a strong affinity with digitalisation and innovation.
• You have an in-depth knowledge of BIM and experience with its implementation in a project or consultancy context.
• You are familiar with AI applications and digital tools and can clearly demonstrate their added value to colleagues.
• You know how to connect technical possibilities with the reality on the work floor.
• You communicate clearly, work in a structured manner, and take initiative.

Organisation

You will be joining a technical environment where digitalisation is not a standalone project, but an integral part of operations and company culture. You will collaborate with various teams to make innovation practical and achievable. There is the option to work from the Bruges or Ghent office.
