Maintenance Manager

Function

• You will be responsible for managing and further developing maintenance and management contracts.
• You will monitor contractual agreements, service levels (SLAs) and KPIs, and ensure a high standard of service.
• You will develop and implement asset management strategies and long-term maintenance plans.
• You will closely monitor budgets, costs and investments and ensure that contracts remain profitable.
• You will manage a team of maintenance coordinators and support them in their professional development.
• You will build long-term relationships with customers and act as their main point of contact.
• You identify commercial opportunities within existing contracts and actively contribute ideas on how to optimise them.
• You will use your expertise to support tendering processes and integrated technical projects.
• You will analyse existing processes and develop improvement initiatives to continuously optimise service delivery.
• You will encourage innovation and contribute to the further professionalisation of the maintenance department.

Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering, or have equivalent experience.
• You have at least 7 years’ experience in maintenance, asset management, contract management or a similar technical field.
• You have experience of leading and coaching multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of asset management (ISO 55000), DBFM, PPP or performance contracts is a major asset.
• You combine a strategic vision with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
• You have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of finance.
• You are a fluent communicator, build lasting relationships and know how to win over stakeholders at various levels.
• You take responsibility and feel at home in an environment where initiative and entrepreneurship are valued.
