Maintenance Lead - Day job

Function

Maintenance planning and optimisation

• You will create maintenance plans and ensure that they are carried out correctly and on time.
• You optimise maintenance plans to improve efficiency and costs.
• You keep technical documentation up to date and make sure everything is well prepared.

Technical reliability and improvements

• You investigate failures, work out improvement actions and ensure that recurrence is prevented.
• You will support with technical questions and work with the technical department to realise solutions.
• You are a key person for maintenance during projects in your assigned zone.

Cooperation and knowledge sharing

• You will work closely with colleagues from technical services and production.
• You share knowledge and ensure clear communication on maintenance and improvements.

Profile

• Bachelor degree in Electromechanics, Automation... Nice touch, but your experience is much more important
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical industrial environment.
• Strong in analysis, planning and communication.
• You take responsibility and enjoy working together.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
