Maintenance Coordinator

Function

As Maintenance Coordinator, you are the pivotal figure within the maintenance of the W&S (agricultural) and Flakes departments. You combine technical expertise with strong organisational and communication skills and take on a key role in driving and improving maintenance processes.

Your responsibilities:

Planning & monitoring

• Final responsibility for maintenance planning and daily follow-up of technicians
• Monitoring progress and quality of work
• Timely adjustments where necessary to ensure smooth execution

Coaching & leadership

• Managing, motivating and supervising technicians
• Organising training and encouraging a proactive mindset
• Creating a hands-on and solution-oriented team culture

Cooperation & communication

• Coordinating with departmental managers on priorities, breakdowns and planning
• Ensuring clear and timely communication between all parties involved

Optimisation & innovation

• Keeping maintenance procedures and schedules up to date
• Initiating improvement projects and more efficient working methods
• Thinking along around sustainable and forward-looking solutions

Quality & safety

• Monitoring the quality of maintenance work
• Strict adherence to and promotion of safety standards

Troubleshooting

• Analysing technical problems and working out sustainable solutions

Profile

You are a technically strong professional with a natural leadership style and a strong drive to improve. You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, machinery and technical processes
• Analytical yet hands-on attitude
• Decisive and organisationally strong
• Fluent with digital tools (Excel is a must, SAP is a plus)
• Strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement drive
• Good knowledge of Dutch and French
