Maintenance Engineer
Function
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of the production process.
Main tasks:
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults (electrical and mechanical)
- Developing and managing maintenance schedules
- Contributing to automation and optimisation projects
- Setting up and managing maintenance software (in conjunction with Process Manager)
- Relocating machinery and contributing ideas on efficient workflows
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance appointments with in-house and external technicians
- Establishing and implementing machine safety measures
- Carrying out maintenance on the building
Profile
- A technical qualification in electromechanics, automation, engineering or equivalent through experience
- A keen interest in industrial machinery and manufacturing processes
- A hands-on approach and solution-focused thinking
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of automation and maintenance systems is an advantage
- A good command of Dutch (and/or English)
