Function
The Maintenance Engineer works closely with maintenance, production and engineering and plays an important role in improving maintenance processes, reducing breakdowns and increasing the technical reliability of the site.
Job description
- The Maintenance Engineer will have the opportunity to get to know the utilities and utility installations thoroughly and gradually take on more responsibility in this.
- He or she participates in technical projects and maintenance activities, from preparation and implementation to follow-up and evaluation.
- In collaboration with experienced colleagues, we help ensure site reliability and continuity of production.
- In addition, the Maintenance Engineer monitors the water treatment plant and learns to control installations based on measurements and laboratory results.
- Improvements are actively considered, turning ideas into concrete and achievable solutions.
- The position also involves collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, which allows you to quickly build a strong technical network.
Profile
- The ideal candidate will be an Industrial Engineering graduate eager to apply technical knowledge in practice.
- He or she has a keen interest in maintenance, engineering and keeping installations functioning reliably.
- An analytical and structured way of thinking is essential, as is taking pleasure in solving technical challenges.
- The candidate combines a hands-on mentality with a willingness to continuously learn and develop technically.
- Good communication skills and smooth collaboration with colleagues from different teams are important.
- Initial experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus, but recent graduates are also eligible.
