Counter clerk

Function

Our client is looking for temporary reinforcement at the counter . A position combining reception of drivers with all-round administration:

• Serving drivers at the counter and taking care of their administrative processing.
• Managing and monitoring various traffics.
• Formatting and preparing documents such as loading and unloading orders, CMRs, and work orders for invoicing.
• Performing stock tracking and counting.
• Provide general support to the shipping department.

Profile

Who are we looking for for this vacancy?

• Prior knowledge of nation work or counter work is a plus.
• You are open for a temporary position until the end of 2026.
• You are articulate and socially adept, and can work assertively and accurately.
• You remain calm under pressure and are flexibly deployable.
• You are reliable and have strong logical thinking skills.
• You have experience with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and (basic) French.
