Accounting Officer

Function

Your role in this company which specialises in car tyres:

• Your participates in customer and supplier accounting and ensures that payments, invoices and follow-up run smoothly;
• Your processed and checks accounting documents;
• Your supports day-to-day administration so that our stations keep running without a hitch;
• You can provide support in Management of insurance files;
• You have telephone contact with customers, including French-speaking customers;
• You work closely with colleagues at our station;

Profile

What you bring:

• Relevant experience In an accounting position;
• Strong knowledge of customer and supplier accounting;
• Understanding of the chart of accounts and experience with VAT and intra-state returns;
• Your has a perfect command of Dutch, and you can draw your plan in French and English;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
• You work accurate, independent and likes structure;
• You feel at home in a practical, no-nonsense working environment;
• You are daily presence, ensuring continuity in our administration;
