Are you a born organiser with a heart for transport and logistics? Then you are the perfect candidate for the role of Supervisor Transport Zemst! At the customer's site, you make sure everything runs smoothly - literally and figuratively. Where are you based? Bustling Zemst in Flemish Brabant.

Here's what your day could look like:

• You will organise goods transport between the branches and the distribution centre:
  • You are responsible for correct delivery to shops.
  • You draw up transport plans and daily delivery schedules.
• You will lead an enthusiastic team of around 25 drivers. Motivate them? That's your second nature.
• You ensure the correct maintenance of the fleet. Every wheel must turn!

In short, no day is the same and you are the linchpin behind a smoothly running transport process.

Profile

• You have a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience.
• You already have several years of relevant experience within transport/logistics and know how to manage a team.
• Experience with LEAN processes is a definite asset.

• Leadership is in your DNA and you know how to guide people in a motivating way.
• As an organisational talent, you stand firmly on your feet, possess perseverance and feel responsible for flawless execution of tasks.
