Logistics Clerk
Function
For our client in Hechtel, a wholesaler of disinfectants and cleaning products, we are looking for a Logistics Administrative Clerk for a temporary assignment until the end of the year.
Together with your team of 12 colleagues, you will ensure that everything runs like clockwork from order to delivery. What exactly will you be doing? Well, quite a lot:
- You treat the mailbox as if it were your own;
- Entering orders becomes part of your daily routine;
- Purchase orders are processed smoothly thanks to you and you also keep the article stock up to date;
- You will prepare the logistics planning for our external warehouse;
- Answering customers? With your smooth talk, it's a piece of cake;
- From compiling trips to forwarding delivery notes-you take care of it;
- Administrative processing of freight lists is among your duties;
- Finally, you will also support our client's commercial field service.
It may sound like a lot, but rest assured! You will receive extensive on-the-job training and join a dynamic, open-minded team ready to guide you.
Profile
For the position of Logistics Administrative Clerk At our client in Hechtel, we are looking for an inquisitive candidate with a fresh outlook!
- You are open-minded and open to new ideas;
- You are aware of logistics/transportation processes;
- Eager to learn-you soak up new information like a sponge;
- You can get by in French, useful for customer contact;
- Excel holds no secrets for you;
- Knowledge of Business Central is a big plus, but not a must;
- Experience is not required, but a plus.
