Logistics Clerk

Function

As a logistics clerk, you are the point of contact for drawing up and following up transport permits for exceptional transport. You ensure that everything is organised down to the last detail:

• Compiling and preparing (inter)national permit dossiers
• Checking documents for completeness and correctness
• Liaise with internal and external customers to gather missing info
• Administrative follow-up of pending applications
• Communication with competent authorities and government departments
• Recording data in internal systems
• Archiving and structuring files

Profile

• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Strong in succession and structure
• Professional in communication, both in writing and on the phone
• Good knowledge of French (oral and written)
• Independent, with oversight of multiple files
• Experienced with MS Office
