Logistics administrative assistant
Function
What will your duties look like as a logistics clerk in Tielt?
- You have contact with customers, drivers and transporters
- You are responsible for entering invoices
- You provide administrative support
- You enter the delivery notes of customers and thus prepare the invoicing
- You track drivers' documents and schedule maintenance and renewals
- You are also responsible for invoicing
Profile
Do you recognise yourself in the issues below?
- You work accurately and in an organised way
- You can work fluently with MS Office
- Experience in logistics administration or invoicing is a plus
- You are fluent in Dutch, knowledge of French is an added advantage complemented by English
- You have some knowledge of invoicing
