Liability Insurance Administrator

Function

We are looking for a liability insurance administrator for an insurance broker in Ghent. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• You will manage and monitor liability insurance and the associated policies.
• You analyse client files and draw up clear, well-thought-out proposals.
• You will liaise with customers, organisations and colleagues within the company.
• You handle changes, renewals, certificates and administrative follow-up with care.
• You will monitor the quality of the files and ensure that procedures are followed correctly.
• You’ll actively contribute ideas on how to improve operations, service and the customer experience.

Profile

For this role, we are looking for the following profile:

• You have relevant experience in the insurance sector.
• You have a good knowledge of liability insurance or are willing to familiarise yourself with it quickly.
• You communicate clearly, politely and professionally in Dutch.
• You work meticulously and independently, and are able to maintain an overview, even when handling several cases at once.
• You are customer-focused and contribute ideas for solutions, rather than raising doubts.
