Function

As a lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Your range of tasks:

• Advising on corporate and business law
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
• Supervising restructurings, incorporations and amendments to articles of association
• Supporting acquisitions and legal optimisations
• Act as point of contact for legal queries from clients and colleagues
• Collaborate with accounting and tax teams
• Tracking changes in legislation and regulations

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment where your legal expertise has real impact.

Profile

For this position, we are looking for a lawyer with an interest in the corporate world.

• Master's degree in law
• Interest or experience in corporate and business law
• Strong analytical and legal acumen
• Communicative and customer-oriented
• Accurate and structured
• Team player who can also work independently
• Interested in working with accountancy and taxation
