• Proactively respond to changes in the market and inform customers of new products or benefits.
• Support customers in making claims and ensure smooth and efficient handling of the process.

Profile

• You hold at least a bachelor's degree.
• You know how to communicate with different types of customers in a professional manner.
• You possess the ability to put customers first and offer services that meet their needs and expectations.
• You can work well with colleagues from different niches to offer customers a full range of products.
• You have the ability to identify and exploit business opportunities.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
