Maybe you work in a banking environment today where you would like to take more time with your customer. Where working commercially is important, but where it sometimes revolves too much around numbers, pressure or short notice.
Whereas you just get energy from giving good advice. From building relationships. From guiding clients in financial choices in a correct, professional and sustainable way.
For a bank branch with multiple branches in the region, we are looking for a investment adviser who enjoys being close to customers, takes initiative and preferably already has experience within investments.
No big anonymous office. No unwieldy structure. But a team of about 15 people, led by partners who are close to their employees. Communication is open, direct and human. You know where you stand, you can discuss matters and you are given the space to work in a way that suits you, as long as the client is central.
What you will do here
You will become a trusted point of contact for clients. You will listen to their situation, think long-term and give advice that suits their needs and expectations, with a clear focus on investments.
Specifically, you:
- assists customers with their financial questions;
- identify their situation and think along about long-term solutions;
- gives advice that suits the client, with a focus on investments;
- sees opportunities and proactively follows up with customers;
- Building on sustainable customer relationships;
- takes the initiative when you notice that something could be done better or more efficiently;
- Working closely with your colleagues and associates;
- Contributing to the growth and operation of the office.
Naturally, there is commercial thinking. You see opportunities, actively follow up with customers and build on relationships. But not from pressure or short-term scores. But from trust, correct advice and long-term customer relations.
Profile
We are looking for someone who recognises the following:
- You have at least 2 years' experience in the banking sector.
- You have preferably already worked around investments, wealth accumulation or financial advice.
- You are customer-friendly, professional and service-oriented.
- You take initiative and don't wait for everything to be pre-written.
- You see commercial opportunities and dare to take them correctly.
- You think in solutions and enjoy building customer relationships.
- You communicate openly, clearly and in a mature manner.
- You have at least a bachelor's degree, or are equivalent through relevant experience.
