Function

For our client, a warm and professional bank branch, we are looking for an Investment Advisor who likes to be close to customers as well as colleagues.


The office consists of 13 employees. So you won't end up in a large, anonymous structure, but in an environment where people know each other, where cooperation is important and where your initiative is really seen.


Due to continued growth, our client is looking for someone who can confidently guide clients through their investment questions. Someone who does not wait, but thinks ahead. Someone who sees work, notices opportunities and likes to take responsibility.


What will you do?


As an Investment Advisor, you will be a trusted point of contact for clients around investments.

You listen to their story, their plans and their concerns. Based on this, you give advice that suits their situation and goals. You build lasting client relationships and ensure that clients feel correctly, personally and professionally guided.


You don't work on an island. You consult with colleagues, think with the partners and contribute to the further growth of the office.


Specifically, you will:

  • Advising clients around investments within a banking context;
  • Building on existing customer relationships;
  • Recognise and correctly follow up on commercial opportunities;
  • guide customers in a clear and understandable way;
  • Working with colleagues to give customers the best possible service;
  • Actively participate in the growth of the office.


Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in investments, but most importantly, someone with the right attitude.


Someone who enjoys talking to customers. Someone who gets energy from building trust. Someone who not only has knowledge, but can convey that knowledge calmly and clearly.


You are a good fit for this position if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of effective experience in investments;
  • likes to take initiative and not wait for everything to be asked;
  • You have a positive attitude and enjoy working with colleagues;
  • thinks commercially, without losing sight of the customer's interests.


Organisation

Our client is a professional and warm banking office consisting of 13 staff. The branch combines the structure and expertise of a commercial banking environment with the personal approach of a close-knit local team. Clients can count on committed advice, clear communication and a long-term relationship based on trust.
