Internal Sales Representative
Function
As an indoor administrative commercial employee, you are the first point of contact for customers. You guide them in finding the right solution and give clear advice, with support from your manager and project leader.
You follow up files from A to Z and ensure correct administration of quotations, orders and deliveries. You also build lasting customer relations and monitor customer satisfaction.
You request quotations from transport partners, place orders and follow them up closely. At the same time, you spot commercial opportunities and take the initiative to contact potential customers.
You will also support online visibility by keeping the website and social media channels up-to-date. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues within the team.
Profile
You are administratively strong and combine this with a commercial mindset. You work in a structured way, accurately and are not put off by administration.
You preferably have at least 2 years' experience in a back-office role within a technical environment and understand the importance of correct follow-up.
In addition, you are a team player who communicates fluently with customers, colleagues and partners. You are eager to learn, customer-oriented and actively think about commercial growth and improvements.
