Function

As Commercial Insurance Officer In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers and prospective clients. A strong commercial mindset is combined with a personal, professional and customer-focused approach.

Duties include:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and prospective clients;
• Identifying customers’ needs and actively contributing ideas for suitable insurance solutions;
• Preparing quotations and ensuring they are followed up meticulously;
• Maintaining and further developing existing customer relationships;
• Actively seeking out and developing new client relationships;
• Identifying commercial opportunities and responding to them proactively;
• Providing customers with information and advice on the various insurance products;
• Guiding customers in making the right insurance choices;
• Correct and accurate follow-up of applications and files;
• Working closely with colleagues with the aim of ensuring the best possible customer service;

• A permanent contract of indefinite duration;
• Gross salary between €3,200 and €3,800 (subject to negotiation depending on experience and expertise);
