Insurance relationship manager

Function

As Insurance relationship manager You are the permanent point of contact for our customers. You maintains and strengthent existing customer relationships and ensures that customers are optimally insured. You advise proactively, identify risks and translate customer needs into appropriate insurance solutions. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues and engage proactively with new potential customers.

Profile

• Good command of the Dutch language: You communicate fluently and correctly with clients via e-mail and telephone and prepare clear quotations, advice and reports without language or interpretation errors.
• Experience in a similar position within banking or insurance: You have previously worked as a relationship manager, advisor or file manager at a bank or insurance broker and are familiar with products, procedures and regulations within the financial sector. You actively listen to the customer's needs, ask the right questions and translate them into appropriate solutions, explaining complex information in an understandable way.
• Customer-oriented and communication skills: You actively listen to customer needs, ask the right questions and translate them into appropriate solutions, explaining complex information in an understandable way.
• Accurate, proactive and commercially minded: You ensure correct and complete files, spot timely opportunities for additional products and take the initiative to approach customers yourself in case of changes or optimisations.
• Possession of Febelfin certificates is a must: You have the required Febelfin certificates (such as PCP or Insurance) and are therefore legally authorised to advise and inform customers about banking and insurance products.
