Someone who not only follows up on policies, but thinks along, explains questions clearly and makes sure customers feel well supported?
For our client, a bank branch with a warm and committed team, we are looking for an Insurance Relationship Manager. You will join a modern working environment where customer relations, open communication and cooperation are key.
In this position, you will be given your own client portfolio and build lasting relationships step by step. You will listen to what customers need, think about suitable insurance solutions and ensure correct follow-up of files and claims.
You are not alone. You work together with colleagues who support each other, share knowledge and help ensure the smooth running of the office.
Your tasks
Specifically, you will:
- Managing your own client portfolio in terms of insurance.
- Advising customers on their insurance needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Notices new opportunities within existing customer relationships.
- Follows files carefully from request to completion.
- Manages claims and ensures clear and smooth communication.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer contacts.
- Participates in commercial promotions and the general operation of the office.
- Share knowledge with your colleagues and actively contribute to teamwork.
Profile
Above all, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, communicates clearly and gets energy from building trust.
You don't have to be able to do everything perfectly already, but you do have an interest in insurance, finance and professional customer advice.
You recognise yourself in the following:
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- You have an interest in insurance and financial services.
- You are eager to learn and develop.
- You communicate fluently and have a good sense of what customers need.
- You work customer-oriented, accurately and with a sense of responsibility.
- You think commercially, without being pushy.
- Experience in insurance, banking or a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
