Insurance Manager SME
Function
You will strengthen a specialised SME team within a stable and growing insurance agency. In this role, the emphasis is on substantive case management and advice, with room for consultation and specialisation.
You manage the insurance files of your assigned SME clients from A to Z and act as a permanent interlocutor for everything concerning their insurance portfolio.
Specifically:
- Full management and follow-up of SME insurance files
- Analysing customer queries and translating them into appropriate solutions
- Comparing terms and conditions and developing market consultations
- Working with a permanent account manager who looks after the commercial side
- Independently conduct customer interviews, physically or digitally
- Follow up on annual reviews and adjustments of policies
- Maintain administratively correct and complete records and CRM systems
- Maintaining contacts with insurers and conducting negotiations
- Start within BOAR, with possibility of broadening towards other domains
You will also have the opportunity to delve into one or more insurance domains and become a point of contact for colleagues in these.
Profile
You combine technical knowledge with a sense of responsibility and professional communication.
What's important:
- At least 3 years' experience within SME insurance
- Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent through experience
- Accustomed to managing files independently and accurately
- Initiative-rich and willing to critically review processes
- Independent, quality-oriented and structured
- Sufficiently assertive to conduct negotiations with insurers
- Knowledge of Broker Cloud is a plus
- Knowledge of Life is nice to have, not a requirement
- French and English are a plus, not a must
