Are you someone with a heart for insurance, commercial flair and the ambition to eventually do more than just advise? Do you want to grow in a banking environment where you get to know customers, products and operations thoroughly, with the possibility of moving on later to co-partnership?

What does the job entail?

You will start in salaried employment within our client's banking and insurance environment. In this position, you will have the time and space to get to know the clients, internal operation, insurance portfolio and commercial approach well.

You will assist customers with their insurance questions, think proactively about their needs and build lasting relationships.

In time, if the cooperation is good on both sides, you can grow into a more entrepreneurial position with the possibility of stepping in as a co-founder.

So we are not looking for just any employee. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, ambition and the will to become a true insurance expert in the long run.

Profile

We are looking for someone who consciously wants to start in salaried employment and grow step by step. You don't have to know everything yet, but you should have mastered the basics of insurance and, above all, have a strong desire to learn.

You recognise yourself in the following:

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree.
  • You have a first experience in insurance.
  • You are commercially minded and get energy from customer contact.
  • You communicate fluently and professionally.
  • You work accurately and take responsibility.
  • You are entrepreneurial, proactive and eager to learn.
  • You are someone who really wants to throw themselves and grow.

Experience in corporate insurance is a nice asset, but not a requirement. An existing network within insurance is also a nice bonus, but certainly not a must. What matters most to our client is your attitude: enthusiasm, ambition and the drive to develop yourself further.

The time frame in which you can possibly step in as a co-partner depends entirely on the candidate in question. They look at your ambition, background, knowledge, experience and how the partnership grows. Everything is negotiable with the right click. Above all, it is important that you have the ambition to eventually take on responsibility and help build the further growth of the office.
