Insurance Advisor

Function

As Insurance Advisor you will be responsible for the management and optimisation of BOAR insurance for private individuals. You will provide customers with a quick, clear and correct service and advise them with your expertise to find the best insurance solutions based on their needs. Your tasks include:

• Manage insurance portfolios, mainly auto, fire, family, legal, assistance and hospitalisation.
• Calculating rates and proposing the best solution to the customer.
• Maintain and expand customer relationships with the aim of making total customers.
• Sales of various insurance products, including life insurance and savings products.
• Follow up on premium payments and provide insurance documents to customers.
• Analysing customer needs and advising on insurance products.

There is certainly and certainly also plenty of room to grow further towards the professional insurance segment if you would be interested in this.

Profile

For the position of Insurance Advisor in the region of Bonheiden, we are looking for a professional with the following qualifications and skills:

• You can draw on at least initial experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of BOAR insurance, knowledge of life insurance is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
• Digitally proficient and able to provide creative solutions.
• Critical and analytical thinking skills.
