• You are the central point of contact for private individuals regarding life and non-life insurances
• You will analyse customers' needs and advise them on the best protection solutions
• You will provide video calls and face-to-face appointments in the office, focusing on customer focus and quality
• You manage your files carefully, follow up everything meticulously and do what you promise
• You will build lasting relationships through a personal and professional approach
• You help achieve the firm's commercial objectives
• Use digital tools and technology smoothly in your daily operations
• You will continuously build your expertise thanks to regular training and knowledge sharing

Profile

• You have a higher education degree or relevant experience in insurance
• Perfect command of Dutch and French, knowledge of English is an added advantage
• You work accurately, are reliable and can really reassure customers
• Teamwork and making contacts energise you
• You are eager to learn and want to develop yourself further, both professionally and personally
• Digital technology and online communication are no strangers to you
• Customer satisfaction and service are central to your approach
• You preferably live in the Kortenberg region
