What will you do?

• Managing claims files from A to Z, for both private and corporate clients.
• Be first point of contact for customers in claims and guide them with empathy and expertise.
• Collaborate with insurance companies, experts and customers to find the best possible solutions.
• Ensure correct administrative processing and follow-up of files.
• Contribute to a smooth and customer-oriented process within a close-knit team.

Experience as a claims manager is a plus, but candidates with relevant experience in insurance who want to progress are also welcome!

Profile

• You have experience in claims, preferably in the insurance sector, or you are motivated to grow in this area.
• You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented.
• You work accurately, organised and independently, but you are also a real team player.
• Your command of Dutch is fluent, both orally and in writing.
