Your role as ‘Insurance administrative assistant’:
As an administrative assistant, in the Kontich office, you will find yourself in a versatile position. The position not only offers varied tasks, but also various career opportunities over time. You provide support to your commercial colleagues in the field of production management and customer contact for both private individuals and companies; You prepare quotations, maintain contacts with various companies and follow up various files; In addition, you are a listening ear for customers with questions and work together with colleagues to find appropriate solutions.
Profile
Who are you?
At our client, your growth and development is key. Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance, and the right motivation and passion for insurance? Then you are most welcome. Also, with at least 2 years of experience in production management insurance, our client would like to welcome you.
Do you have your PCP certificates? That is definitely a must. Together with your commercial colleagues, you will ensure proper follow-up of insurance files, so excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Finally, our client likes colleagues with a proactive mindset, sense of humour and initiative.

For a banking and independent insurance agency in the Bonheiden region, we are currently looking for an additional Insurance Advisor to join the extended team. You will join a close-knit group of more than 30 employees spread over different locations where fun things are organised regularly to do together with the whole team. Professionalism is highly valued within this office.
