Insurance Advisor

Function

We are looking for an Insurance Adviser for a medium-sized, independent insurance broker who enjoys working closely with clients.

Your function

In this role, you will assist customers with their insurance enquiries in a personalised and professional manner. You will listen to their circumstances, work with them to find solutions, and ensure that the solutions provided are truly tailored to their needs.

Specifically, you are responsible for:

• Advising clients on insurance policies such as car, fire, life and business insurance.
• Managing cases from start to finish.
• Analysing customer needs and developing appropriate solutions.
• The correct processing of administrative records and documents.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Working together with colleagues to provide the best possible support to customers.

Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and values a personal approach.

Ideally, you will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Insurance, Legal Practice or equivalent experience.

Both junior and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Are you a junior? If so, you’ll have the chance to learn, develop your skills and gradually become more proficient in insurance advice.

Do you already have some experience? If so, you’ll be given the freedom to manage cases independently and further develop client relationships.
