In this position, you will support the commercial insurance team with your administrative skills and customer-focused approach. Thanks to your structure and accuracy, everything runs smoothly - from file management to customer communication.


Specifically, what are you doing?


  • You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and e-mail.
  • You will process policies, quotations and correspondence in a correct and efficient manner.
  • You ensure the smooth follow-up of files and control of documents.
  • You will support the team and actively think about improvements in administration.


Profile

Who are you?

  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Both junior and experienced profiles are welcome.
  • PCP certificates are a plus but not a must - training will be provided.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch, are precise and structured.
  • You enjoy working in a team where collegiality and clarity are key.
