Account Manager Insurance

Function

As an Insurance Account Manager, you are the face of the firm.

You manage an existing client portfolio and ensure that clients feel understood and well surrounded. In addition, through your network and local presence, you make new contacts looking for reliable insurance advice.

Your duties will include:

• Advise customers on their insurance needs;
• Maintaining and strengthening existing relationships, both in the office and with clients;
• Attract new customers through recommendations, networking and local visibility;
• Prepare quotations and ensure smooth processing together with inside sales;
• Thinking with customers in the long term: from protection to peace of mind.

Profile

As an Account Manager, you must meet the following criteria:

• You already have extensive experience in the insurance sector (as a broker, with an insurance company or at a bank);
• You have a good understanding of both private and business customers;
• You are a true relationship-builder: empathetic, reliable and business-minded;
• You speak Dutch fluently;
• You enjoy working independently, but also enjoy working as part of a close-knit team;
• You enjoy having freedom in your job and taking responsibility for your own clients;
• You can take responsibility and are easy-going.
