Function

Are you an administrative talent with a passion for numbers and technical configurations? For the data centre facilities department, we are looking for an inside sales associate to play a key role in the commercial pre-sales process of the prefabricated modular data centres. In this new role:

• Work closely with our Sales Manager.
• You will be responsible for administrative support, costing and basic configurations.
• Ensure that every file is technically correct, financially consistent and administratively complete.
• Contribute to the successful presentation to customers or handover to customer delivery.
• You will work from the Halle office.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, technical administration, economics or similar.
• Has strong discipline and structure at the administrative level.
• Possess experience in sales support, estimation or technical administration.
• Is analytical and skilled in working with figures, tables and BOMs.
• Has excellent knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
• Shows interest in data centre technology (this is a plus).
• Proficient in both Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered an advantage.

Organisation

Our client specialises in power management solutions (low voltage electrical power) and prefabricated modular data centres. They provide engineering solutions, mainly for sectors such as telecommunications, healthcare and utilities in which they have extensive expertise in custom development of voltage converters and emergency power groups. As a centre of excellence, they offer customised solutions that are developed and manufactured together with the customer. They have their own production and currently operate with more than 70 employees. To support the sales team of the data centre facilities department, they are currently looking for an inside sales employee.
