HVAC project manager

Function

As an HVAC Project Manager, you will take charge of challenging projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. You will combine technical expertise with coordination, client liaison and financial monitoring. You will oversee projects from the design phase through to handover and act as the link between the client, site management, suppliers and subcontractors.

• Co-ordinating and monitoring HVAC projects from start to finish;
• preparing for and attending site meetings;
• co-ordinate with the site manager regarding planning, orders and implementation;
• monitoring safety, quality, timing and budget;
• maintaining contact with customers, suppliers and subcontractors;
• monitoring technical, financial and contractual progress;
• contributing ideas for solutions and making adjustments where necessary.

Profile

You have several years’ experience in a technical project environment and combine technical knowledge with a structured and communicative approach.

• A degree in industrial engineering in a technical field, a diploma in HVAC/Electromechanics or equivalent through experience;
• knowledge of HVAC and, preferably, experience in the industrial or non-residential construction sectors;
• proficient in MS Office;
• strong communication skills and able to interact easily with various stakeholders;
• organised, meticulous and versatile;
• independent yet a true team player;
• able to cope with stress and maintain a clear overview;
• knowledge of French and English is an advantage;
• driving licence B.
