File Manager Accountancy

Function

Are you enthusiastic and do you have ambition to run an accounting department (in due course) from A to Z? Both school leavers and experienced accountants are welcome!


Your responsibilities:

  • Support and manage accounting files.
  • Processing documents and reporting to senior case manager.
  • In time, independently manage customer files and conduct customer interviews.
  • Accurate and independent work combined with team consultation.


A typical working day:

Depending on your experience, you will be given the opportunity to grow. We offer intensive guidance for juniors and sufficient independence for experienced profiles.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accountancy, Business Management, ...).
  • Positive mindset and administratively strong.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Team player with an inquisitive and hands-on mentality.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch.

Experience:

  • Both starters and experienced case managers are welcome.

Software knowledge:

  • No specific prior knowledge required; everything is taught in-house.


Organisation

For our client, a family-run accounting firm, we are looking for a File Manager Accountancy. This stable office combines professionalism with a warm, collegial atmosphere and currently employs 10 people. It offers an approachable working environment where open communication and flexibility are key. Employees are given plenty of opportunities to develop both professionally and personally.

Offer

  • Permanent contract at start-up.
  • Flexible working hours: Starts between 7.30am and 9am, Friday we close at 4pm.
  • Home work: 1 day per week possible.
  • Leave: No leave during VAT periods, other times negotiable.
  • Regime: Full-time or 4/5ths negotiable.
