As a Field Service Engineer, you are on the road every day to install, maintain and repair technical installations at customers' premises. You specialise in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and ensure that these critical systems are always working optimally. In addition, your duties include:

• Install and commission new equipment and systems.
• Analysing and resolving technical faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance on UPS systems.
• Advise customers on the use and maintenance of equipment.
• Accurate reporting of service and maintenance work performed.

Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Service Engineer with the following profile:

• Completed technical education (electrical engineering, electronics, electromechanics).
• First working experience as a field service engineer or technician is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Solution-oriented, flexible and willing to travel regularly.
• In possession of driving licence B to move smoothly to customers.
• Good knowledge of electronics, mechanics and ICT.
• You are fluent in Dutch and can get by in French and English.
