Electrical Engineer
Function
We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team and translate their clients’ requirements into technical design drawings and production documents.
Tasks:
- You will design and develop automation systems for extendable platforms, working in collaboration with clients and project managers to translate requirements into smart technical solutions.
- You will draw up production documentation independently and determine the necessary materials and components.
- You design electrical switchboards and draw up clear and accurate electrical diagrams.
- You spend most of your time at your desk, focusing on engineering, design and technical documentation.
- You research, interpret and apply relevant local standards and safety regulations in all your designs.
- You will work closely with colleagues from engineering, production and project management to ensure the project runs smoothly.
- For specific projects, you will support the commissioning process on site and provide training to the client. This may involve short-term travel abroad.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical subject.
- First experience in a similar role.
- You can work with SEE Electrical and/or EPLAN Electric.
- As a team player, you enjoy working alongside your colleagues and with different departments.
- You work accurately and in a structured manner, with an eye for detail.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
- You are willing to travel abroad from time to time for short periods.
Organisation
The company specialises in the development, manufacture and installation of telescopic grandstands and seating for theatres, auditoriums and sports halls. They have over 40 years’ experience and are involved in international projects. They can handle everything in-house from start to finish, from raw materials to the finished product.
The company has around 80 employees.
