Dispatch Administrator

Function

We are looking for a [position] for an international organisation in the logistics sector Dispatch Administrator.

You will support day-to-day transport and warehouse operations and ensure that:

• operational data is processed correctly;
• deviations are identified and followed up promptly;
• the administrative information is complete and accurate;
• drivers and operational teams can communicate smoothly;
• problems and bottlenecks are properly recorded and followed up.

You are a key link between dispatch, drivers and operational teams.
