Function

As Customer Service Employee you are the liaison between the customers, internal departments and transport partners. You ensure that everything around deliveries runs smoothly and correctly.

What does that mean concretely?

• Your plans and coordinates deliveries to customers, from start to finish
• You provide a smooth organisation of transport (national and international)
• You follow current contracts meticulous and guarantees continuity with the customer
• You make bookings for transport in cooperation with external partners
• You set all the necessary transport and export documents on (such as certificates, packing lists and delivery notes)
• You are the permanent focal point for your customers and keep them proactively informed
• You provide a correct administrative follow-up and invoicing

In short: you pull all the strings and ensure a flawless customer experience

Profile

Who are you?

• You have a bachelor's degree and preferably already a first relevant experience
• You are a proactive planner and likes to work to deadlines
• You are precise and structured
• You have a commercial mindset and thinks along with the customer
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O or another ERP system is nice
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, English and French
