Credit Controller

Function

As Credit Controller you are a key link in financial value creation. You not only lead the day-to-day debtor follow-up, but also collaborate on broader credit and risk management processes.

What you do:

• Daily monitoring of outstanding invoices and collections, with professional customer contact.
• Registration and follow-up of customer disputes; you initiate internal flows to resolve files efficiently.
• Smooth communication with colleagues from sales, logistics and other departments to resolve disputes and queries around payments.
• Control and improvement of customer data and credit processes, including structure of open items and filters.
• Analysis of payment behaviour and identification of risks and trends towards management.
• Participate in achieving credit control KPIs and contribute to optimisation of accounts receivable results.

Profile

We are looking for a talented credit/debt professional with basic financial knowledge and customer focus.

Your profile:

• You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent by experience.
• You have experience with accounts receivable management, credit control or related finance roles (preferably in an ERP environment).
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is a plus.
• You have an analytical mindset and can interpret trends and risks in financial data.
• You communicate professionally and customer-focused in Dutch, with good knowledge of English, and French is a plus.
• You work in a structured and accurate way and are proactive in solving challenges.
