• You will be a trusted point of contact for retail customers with credit-related queries.
• You will guide clients through important moments, such as the purchase or renovation of a home, a personal loan or other financing questions.
• You listen to the customer's situation, plans and needs and help think of an appropriate credit solution.
• You provide clear and personalised advice so that customers can make well-informed financial choices.
• You will analyse credit applications and carefully follow up files from application to approval and further processing.
• You will work closely with colleagues and internal experts to provide professional and comprehensive support to customers.
• You will help build lasting customer relationships by being reliable, accessible and committed.

Profile

• You will preferably have initial experience within the banking sector, for example as a customer advisor, commercial assistant, counter assistant or in another banking role.
• Are you a recent graduate and strongly motivated to start your career in banking? Then you will definitely also qualify.
• You have a clear interest in credit and want to specialise further in it.
• You enjoy working with private clients and derive satisfaction from guiding people through important financial choices.
• You communicate fluently and explain financial information in a clear and understandable way.
• You are accurate, customer-oriented and follow up files correctly.
• You are eager to learn, reliable and enjoy taking responsibility.
• You enjoy working with colleagues and feel comfortable in an environment where support and knowledge sharing are important.
• You express yourself fluently in Dutch.
