Function

• You welcome customers at the counter and provide them with expert technical advice.
• You sell materials and components for heating and renewable energy systems.
• You actively work with customers to find solutions and propose appropriate ones.
• You proactively keep customers informed about special offers, promotions and new products.
• You enter orders correctly into the computer system and monitor them closely.
• You’ll ensure that the shop floor and shelves are always tidy and well-stocked.
• You’ll help to keep our extensive stock organised and easily accessible.
• You will work closely with your colleagues and help ensure the branch runs smoothly.

Profile

• You have completed a technical course of study, for example in electromechanics, air conditioning or a similar field.
• You have relevant experience in the heating or plumbing sector.
• Ideally, you should be familiar with the main components and applications of heating systems.
• You have a commercial mindset and find satisfaction in advising customers and helping them move forward.
• You are dynamic, customer-focused and take the initiative without being asked.
• Experience as a shop assistant is an advantage, but not essential.
• Experienced heating engineers who wish to make a career move into the commercial sector are also eligible.
• You are confident using a computer and administrative systems.
• You are willing to obtain a forklift certificate if you do not already have one.
• You’re versatile and feel equally at home interacting with customers, working at a computer, and in the warehouse and shop floor.
