Credit Advisor

Function

As Credit Adviser in Merksem, you will advise customers with plans where financing will be used. You may assess your range of duties in this way:

• You will work with the client to find the most financially and fiscally optimal solution.
• The talks mainly revolve around home loans and instalment loans.
• You establish links with the corresponding insurance policies during advisory discussions and refer to the specialised colleague if necessary.
• You follow up each file punctually, ensuring a professional service even after the projects are completed.
• Through internal training courses, you can continue to expand the knowledge acquired.
• You are on board with the digital evolution and you strive for maximum customer satisfaction.

Profile

To fill this role, we are looking for the following person:

• You successfully obtained a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience.
• Ideally, you can count on at least initial experience in a similar role.
• The banking world? This is where you feel completely at home.
• You are communicative and have strong commercial skills.
• You have a social conscience and enjoy working in a team.
• You speak Dutch at a professional level; knowledge of another language is always useful.

We are currently looking for a new Credit Advisor for a banking and independent insurance agency in the Merksem region. Your work location will be the Merksem office but there are also colleagues at other branches.
