What will you do?
As a Claims Manager, you will be the permanent point of contact for customers on claims.
You ensure that each file is handled correctly, efficiently and humanely.
Specifically:
- You manage from A to Z the claims files of corporate clients (car, fire, BA, industrial accidents, ...to complex claims);
- You analyse the situation, gather the right information and follow up on the handling of the case;
- You are in direct contact with customers, experts and companies;
- you think proactively with customers;
- you work closely with colleagues from production and the account managers, so that every customer can count on a personal and professional service.
Profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in an economics or finance field.
- You work accurately, prioritise well and like structure.
- You communicate clearly and friendly, both with customers and insurance companies.
- You like to think in terms of solutions.
Experience or not - you will get your chance here:
