Case Manager for Work-Related Accident Insurance
Function
As an Occupational Accident Insurance Adviser, you will be the point of contact for clients seeking professional advice on occupational accident insurance. You will combine technical expertise with a client-focused approach and ensure that cases are handled correctly, comprehensively and in a timely manner.
Your duties will include:
- Advising clients on employers’ liability insurance and the most suitable solutions.
- Managing and monitoring your own client portfolio.
- Update policies in line with changes in risks or staffing levels.
- Maintain contact with insurance companies and other relevant parties.
- Prepare and process new contracts administratively.
- Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to the department’s continued growth.
- Supporting customers through clear and professional communication.
Profile
You are a customer-focused professional who is keen to take on responsibility and places great importance on quality.
In addition, you recognise yourself in the profile below:
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the insurance sector is a real asset.
- Knowledge of occupational accident insurance is an advantage, but not a requirement. An interest in specialising in this area is just as important.
- You work accurately and in an organised way.
- You have strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- You take the initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
