Calculator HVAC
Function
- As a Calculator HVAC, you translate specifications, electrical diagrams, plans and technical descriptions into clear and technically substantiated quotations for HVAC automation projects.
- You analyse the required components, materials, working hours and any subcontracting for each file, so that the cost and feasibility are accurately established.
- For both straightforward and complex projects, you develop various implementation options within, amongst others, the Schneider Electric EcoStruxure platform.
- You request prices and technical information from suppliers and process that data into competitive quotations with attention to profitability.
- Consultation with project engineers and other technical colleagues helps you to clarify ambiguities and choose solutions that are also feasible in practice.
- After approval of the quotation, you hand over each file in a structured manner to the project team, so that execution can start smoothly with the correct technical and financial information.
- You work in a people-oriented organisation that guides HVAC automation, control engineering and smart building automation from design to commissioning.
Profile
- A bachelor's degree in electromechanics, air conditioning, energy technology or automation is welcome; equivalent technical expertise gained through experience is also considered.
- You bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC, building automation, electrical engineering, measurement and control engineering, or as an estimating specialist. Experience with estimating is a clear asset.
- You understand the structure and operation of HVAC installations and control engineering systems and can critically interpret technical documents.
- Knowledge of Schneider Electric, EBO or SpaceLogic is an advantage. Experience with, for example, Siemens, Priva, Johnson Controls or another automation platform also provides a solid foundation.
- An analytical, precise and structured working style is important to manage multiple files. You communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers and technical contacts and think practically about feasible solutions.
