Function

Locations and project types:

• In Malle, you will work on projects within both general construction and steel construction, such as industrial buildings, distribution centres, production halls, utility buildings, petrochemicals and silo batteries.
• Based in Harelbeke, you will focus on projects in the public and private sectors.
• For PPP construction projects, you will operate from the offices in Brussels, Ghent or Harelbeke.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send out price requests to potential subcontractors and suppliers.
• You will also analyse and compare the price quotations we prepare, and follow them up together with the representatives.
• You will then prepare a budget and quotation for our clients.
• You will report to our head of calculation.

Finally, you will be part of an experienced team with whom you can spar.

Profile

• You have an engineering degree in structural engineering and ideally you will have about three years' experience in a similar position.
• Technical insight and analytical thinking skills characterise you, while you also dare to think creatively and out-of-the-box.
• Speaking fluent Dutch is a must; knowledge of French and English is considered a plus.
• You can work smoothly with MS Office and quickly master our calculation programme; experience with Tekla is a great asset.
• Working independently, accuracy and strong communication skills make you a valuable asset.
