Vacancy: Calculator for construction projects

As a Calculator, you are responsible for working out correct and competitive cost price calculations, as well as a clear transfer to internal departments after winning a project. You will be part of a company that guarantees project follow-up from A to Z and works on challenging construction projects with a size between €500,000 and €10 million.

Main tasks:

• Elaborate detailed cost calculations and multiple versions per quotation;
• Selection of subcontractors and suppliers for tenders, mainly existing partners;
• Determine material choices and variants in tenders;
• In consultation with sales, choosing alternative methods of execution and/or materials;
• Use market prices and internal cost library/cost ratios to determine cost prices;
• Independently organise and plan your own work and projects.
