Are you active within the banking sector and ready for the next step? Or do you already have experience in business banking and want to delve further into assisting entrepreneurs and professional clients? Then this position could be a great match.

For our client, a bank with a strong commitment to personal advice and long-term relationships, we are looking for someone who wants to guide entrepreneurs, self-employed people and start-ups in a warm and professional way.

• You will be the permanent point of contact for a portfolio of professional clients, including entrepreneurs, self-employed, liberal professionals and start-ups.
• You build lasting relationships by really getting to know your clients: their business, their plans, their family situation and their ambitions.
• You will think along with your clients and give advice around professional loans, investments, payments, insurance and wealth accumulation, among others.
• You guide clients in both their professional and private questions and ensure a personalised approach tailored to their needs.
• You detect commercial opportunities and actively contribute to the further growth of your client portfolio.
• You ensure correct and careful follow-up of files, appointments and customer queries.
• You will work closely with colleagues and internal experts to provide full support to customers.

Do you have experience within the banking sector and want to grow? Then you will have the opportunity to evolve step by step to a position within professional clients.

Profile

• You have experience within the banking sector, for example as a retail advisor, commercial officer, customer advisor or in another banking role.
• Experience with business banking, professional clients, credit or entrepreneurs is a strong asset, but certainly not a must.
• Above all, you are eager to grow, learn and take the step into a position where you guide entrepreneurs and self-employed people.
• You communicate fluently, establish contacts easily and enjoy building lasting relationships.
• You are customer-oriented and reliable, and follow files carefully.
• You enjoy working with colleagues and experts.
• You feel good in an environment where knowledge sharing and support are important.
• You express yourself fluently in Dutch.
