Business Adviser
Function
Our client is looking for a active Business Banker with the aim of further growing their CommV. You’ll be joining a dynamic team of business banking professionals.
The aim of the role is to to welcome customers in a friendly manner and provide service to clients, with a view to identifying opportunities and referring them through proactive and reactive discussions.
Following thorough technical and commercial training, you will have a thorough understanding of our client’s products and will face the following challenges:
- Managing a customer portfolio (SMEs + the liberal professions + the self-employed);
- Recruitment of new relationships;
- Generating leads on the basis of references;
- As well as sales, you will also be responsible for a successful implementation of products and services as well as after-sales;
- Working closely together with other markets and generating valuable referrals;
Profile
Who are we looking for as a Business Advisor?
- You must have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience;
- Customer focus is highly regarded by you;
- You are a real team player with a commercial mindset;
- You are enthusiastic and communicative;
- You are flexible and socially adept;
- You are resilient and self-assured;
- The establishing and maintaining contacts is in your nature;
- You can work independently;
- Relevant experience is a requirement for loans to the self-employed and businesses;
We are looking for a a dynamic, keen to learn and articulate individual with a distinct passion for commercial work at our client’s premises.
