BIM Coordinator

Function

As BIM Coordinator, you will monitor the cohesion between the various design disciplines and ensure a technically conclusive execution model. You analyse designs from architecture, stability and techniques and identify potential bottlenecks early on.

Your duties will include:

• analyse and compare design models to detect inconsistencies and complex implementations
• brainstorming on and contributing to final detailing with a view to smooth implementation
• Building and structuring the internal project file for various departments
• phased processing of decisions and implementation agreements in a detailed BIM model
• supporting the coordination and preparation of production files

Profile

You have a strong technical base and derive satisfaction from working accurately and thoughtfully.

What our client cares about:

• a higher degree in architecture or engineering, or equivalent through experience
• good knowledge of AutoCAD; experience with Revit is an asset, not a requirement
• affinity with BIM processes and the motivation to delve deeper into them
• you can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
