Investment Advisor
Function
As an investment adviser, you guide private clients in building and managing their wealth. You map out their financial situation and objectives and translate these into appropriate investment advice.
Your duties will include:
- You advise private clients on investments, taking into account their financial situation, objectives and risk profile.
- You discuss the various investment options and help clients make well-considered financial decisions.
- You build lasting client relationships and proactively follow up on your clients' needs.
- You identify opportunities to support clients on a long-term basis.
- You share your knowledge and experience with colleagues and contribute to the further development of the investment team.
- You’ll stay up to date with developments in the financial markets and the range of investment products on offer.
- You work closely with your colleagues to provide clients with a high-quality and personal service.
You get the opportunity to apply your expertise immediately whilst continuing to grow within a team in which knowledge sharing and collaboration are important. In time, there are also opportunities to expand your range of responsibilities towards entrepreneurs, depending on your interests and the further development of the office.
Profile
For this role, we are looking for someone who has already built up solid initial experience in investments and brings sufficient subject-matter knowledge to advise clients independently.
- You have relevant experience in investments.
- You have a sound knowledge of investment products and can explain financial matters in an accessible way to clients.
- You are client-focused and enjoy building lasting relationships.
- You take initiative, think proactively and spot opportunities to guide clients further.
- You are eager to learn and enjoy continuing to develop yourself within your field.
- You are collegial, open to feedback and enjoy sharing knowledge with others.
- You have a positive and dynamic attitude and feel comfortable in an environment where people support and challenge one another.
- You respect different opinions and backgrounds and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere.
Organisation
You join a bank branch where personal service, collaboration and sustainable enterprise are important values. The branch manager strongly believes in people management and considers it important that employees can apply and further develop their talents. Everyone is given the space to contribute to the shared result from their own strengths.
The office has two locations and a strong focus on sustainability and respect. This is reflected, amongst other things, in the choice of recycled materials for the interior and in a working environment where different cultures, opinions and personalities are welcome. Colleagues help each other move forward, give feedback and strive together for quality service to their clients.
As an employee, you have the opportunity to keep developing yourself in an environment where ambition and collegiality go hand in hand. The team moves forward, but believes that together you achieve more than alone.
Offer
You receive a substantively engaging role in which you can apply your experience in investments whilst continuing to grow within a team that places great importance on collaboration and personal development.
